To make Christmas-colored jelly, you need to prepare the following ingredients:
- 50g Hoang Yen jelly powder
- 1.5 liters of filtered water
- 100ml sweetened condensed milk (or 250ml sweetened fresh milk)
- 250ml pandan leaf juice
- 250ml strawberry syrup
- 200ml whipping cream
- Decoration: grapes, mint leaves or basil
Tool:
- Rectangular jelly tray
- 3 small glass bowls
Making:
- First, spread a thin layer of oil on the jelly tray so that after freezing, the jelly can be removed easily.
- Dissolve 50g of jelly powder in 750 ml of water in a pot, until dissolved. Then put it on the stove and cook over low heat. While cooking, remember to stir well so that the jelly powder doesn't stick to the bottom of the pot.
- Next is to color the jelly!
Color the strawberry flavor red: dissolve 250 ml of strawberry syrup with 250 ml of strawberry juice
Color pandan leaf green: dissolve 250 ml pandan leaf water with 250 ml jelly water
Milk white color: dissolve 100 ml of sweetened condensed milk with 250 ml of jelly water.
Pour a layer of strawberry flavor first, then freeze for about 30 minutes for the jelly layer to harden.
Pour the second layer with fresh milk and freeze for about 30 minutes.
Next is the layer of pandan leaf-flavored jelly. Keep repeating this operation until all the jelly water is gone.
After completing the last layer, we freeze it for about 1 hour.
Next, turn the tray over to take out the jelly and cut it into small cubes.
Whip fresh cream, put it in a piping bag and shape
Top each block of jelly to your liking, and remember to add a few decorations!
The finished product will be beautiful, fresh blocks of jelly.
